Dameshek Partners With AccuScore

I wanted to take a second to offer a quick plug for our friends over at sports forecasting service AccuScore. They've managed to lure sports radio personality and podcaster extraordinaire Dave Dameshek over to their site. Dameshek and co-host Zach Rosenfield, a Blatant Homerism contributor, began their new podcast series this week. Check 'em out when you get a chance.

Initial Show Debuts at #1 on iTunes Sports Podcast

Wednesday, November 18, 2009 (Los Angeles)—Sports forecasting giant, AccuScore has partnered with former ESPN radio personality, Dave Dameshek to broadcast The Dave Dameshek Show Powered by AccuScore. Dameshek will to host three-to-four shows per week on accuscore.com/dameshek with AccuScore’s Zach Rosenfield handling co-hosting duties.

The partnership was formally launched on Monday (November 16) and debuted in the top spot among iTunes sports podcasts, ranked sixth among audio podcasts and was tenth in overall podcasts.

Dameshek said, “Beyond producing good shows, I am most looking forward to taking part in their venture into sports entertainment. Over the past two years, I've enjoyed talking football and gotten tremendous feedback from my listenership from my discussions with Zach while he makes sense of what these computers are saying.”

Dameshek was first introduced to AccuScore when hosting afternoon drive for afternoon ESPN 710AM in Los Angeles. Dameshek and analyst Zach Rosenfield developed an immediate chemistry, eventually leading to Rosenfield become a show regular on the radio broadcasts and during podcasts for 710ESPN.com and ESPN.com Page 2, where Dameshek continues to be a contributing writer.
