Linking Up: Sooners midseason review
A few odds and ends:
*I wrote a piece for Athlon this week offering a midseason review of Oklahoma after six games. Can't lie that the weather situation concerns me.
*Did the same for Texas. Have to admit that after re-watching the Red River Shootout, my assessment of the Longhorns' progress actually went down a notch. I doubt their offensive line will find another officiating crew so sympathetic to their unorthodox blocking techniques.
Wouldn't shock me if Oklahoma State rolls them this weekend.
*My preview and prediction for OU-Kansas State. My friend Tye Burger joined me this week for a podcast on the game, too.
*Desus & Mero on this interview with Lebron and Dwyane Wade is too good:
*Got a recommendation for you: Topgolf. Not a bad way to spend your Columbus Day. I don't even play much golf, but it lived up to billing.
Supposedly this is originally a British concept. I have a hard time believing they could come up with anything this fun.
